Calming Down Her Nervous and Tense Senses

The day was bound to be one of the best days that she was about to have. Liza was really looking forward to meeting her boyfriend's family for the first time ever since they hooked up the past month. They haven't made it official or anything but she has a feeling that she's about to be formally introduced to his beau's family. She couldn't help but feel nervous about it. When she was waiting to be picked up, she listened to any music that she could find in the player. The only CD inside there was his brother's 50 cent CD. She didn't want to listen to it but she didn't have any choice. “Wow, you really know how to relax someone” she said to herself. She kept on staring at the watch and it was still very early. Her boyfriend was going to pick her up at seven. This was what she needed to calm down. It was enough for her to think clearly and be prepared to answer her boyfriend's family's serious questions.

The Usher Hall is Now the Premier Edinburgh Theatre Venue

Perhaps the most famous Edinburgh theatre venue of them all – the Usher Hall – has recently undergone a multi-million pound redevelopment program. Following a lengthy closure after some structural problems in the 1990′s the hall reopened after a £9 million upgrade which included repairs to the ceiling as well as electrics and heating and ventilation. The second phase of the redevelopment is now well under way and this time it includes the addition of a new glass fronted wing to the building, improving the access for disabled and elderly people as well as new workshops and equipment. These developments are set to propel the grand old lady of Edinburgh theater into the 21st century. The new facilities, as well as meaning better access for the general public, will also offer a whole range of new features for the performers themselves with refurbished studios, dressing rooms as well as new equipment and lighting installed to enable more elaborate productions to take place. It is certainly an exciting time for the Usher Hall and Edinburgh theater lovers in general.
