This is due to the fact that it can reduce the anxiety and stress one experiences while being in a hospital setting. Extreme humor is also shown to help with pain management as well as having the ability to increase the bodies response to allergens, toxins and other threats to the immune system.
Those who advocate the use of extreme humor believe that laughter in itself helps us get rid of our fears and alleviates pains that we may suffer from. They even have people whose jobs are so help with getting you to laugh in an effort to produce the maximum benefits. Most of these coaches use extreme humor in their arsenal to produce the best efforts.
While laughter and extreme humor have many beneficial effects, it is not meant to replace conventional medicine, but instead to be used in conjunction. A study at UCLA showed that children who watched extreme humor videos were able to recover from major procedures at a faster rate than those who did not have any funny shows to watch. Another research study showed that the test group that watched extreme humor films had an increase in blood flow and a better ability to handle pain than the control group that did not watch extreme humor.

Regina was bored at work. For the past few days, there was nothing much to do. They did not have any restrictions on web access. Regina would spend most of her time on facebook. She was checking her page and the latest updates from her friends. She was getting hassled by the constant updates and messages from some people on her facebook. She thought to herself, how do I ignore people on facebook? She did not know if blocking them would make them aware of it. She did not want to let those people know that she had blocked them. She was trying to figure out how to go about it. She was on her home page, when she clicked on the message from a person and it gave her an option to hide any future posts from them. She selected that tab for all the people whose messages she was not interested in receiving. After that she moved on to playing some games that she enjoyed. Just then she got an email from a client which she had to attend to immediately.
